I used Anima for the 1st time today and received a call just after 9am, asking me to attend the surgery at 10.15am

The practioner was very helpful, approachable and friendly. I was prescribed antibiotics which I was able to collect after a short wait at the pharmacy.

So, all in all, a positive experience.

However, I was told that Anima could be accessed any time up until 6pm but my husband has been unable to log a medical issue since the message says that they are no longer currently taking any more medical conditions - which is not so good.

Hopefully, this is teething issues.

Thank you for taking the time to write us a review.

We are glad that you had a positive experience in using our new appointment request system, and that you were happy with the care provided to you during your appointment.

With regards to your husband not being able to access the system, there are periods within the day where our GP led triage team may need to temporarily switch the online form off whilst they process requests that have been received. This is to maintain clinical safety.

Should you need to request an appointment and you feel that it is urgent for that day and you are unable to access the online form, you are still more than welcome to call the surgery where our call handlers will be able to process the request using Anima on your behalf.
