I used Anima for the 1st time today and received a call just after 9am, asking me to attend the surgery at 10.15am
The practioner was very helpful, approachable and friendly. I was prescribed antibiotics which I was able to collect after a short wait at the pharmacy.
So, all in all, a positive experience.
However, I was told that Anima could be accessed any time up until 6pm but my husband has been unable to log a medical issue since the message says that they are no longer currently taking any more medical conditions - which is not so good.
Hopefully, this is teething issues.
