About: General practices in Lanarkshire

(as a service user),

I was attending an appointment with my mother recently when I witnessed a staff member shouting at a young staff member at reception.  This was appalling behaviour and embarrassing for all in earshot.  The young staff member was upset as a result of this.

Dear millimeterys74,

Thank you for sharing your experience of you GP practice.

I am sorry to hear that you witnessed a staff member shouting at another member of staff. This is very disappointing and certainly not the behaviour we would expect from our staff.

Unfortunately, GP surgeries are not set up to respond directly on Care Opinion but they are responsible for responding to any concerns that someone may have about their practice. Please could I ask that you contact the practice manager to discuss your feedback further?
