I am writing to express my concern about the treatment I have received regarding my foot pain and swelling. I have been experiencing severe pain in my heels, feet, and ankles, which makes it difficult to walk. I have consulted with my GP several times, and they diagnosed me with plantar fasciitis. However, I recently had a test in Pakistan, the HLA-B27, which came back positive and indicated that I may have ankylosing spondylitis. This condition also causes pain in my back, hips, arms, and neck.

I am concerned that my condition has not been properly diagnosed or treated. I would like to request that I be referred to a specialist for further evaluation and that all necessary tests, including the HLA-B27 test, be conducted to determine the cause of my symptoms.
