"Extremely disappointing "

About: Newland Group Medical Practice

After suffering a bad back episode at weekend I persevered with all usual pain meds,and nothing was helping so visited Calvert Lane hub, explained to reception my symptoms and was advised go home and Dr would ring.Around hour later I received message on NHS app informing me to contact muskuloskeletal team,this is all well and good but absolutely no help whatever to manage the current pain I am in.My go records would show I rarely visit drs and last time I believe I had stronger back pain meds was 2021.I spoke to my pharmacist as I work in pharmacy and they agreed at very least the Dr should have seen and examined me as 3days on and I'm still in considerable pain,but it seems as though as my condition would not have profited the surgery it was passed by .Deeply disappointing from a surgery that used be so good .
