"Reassured at clinic appointment"

I recently attended the Epilepsy Clinic at Kings Mill hospital Nottinghamshire with my daughter.

The Epilepsy Specialist Nurses listened intently to my concerns. They gave me time to explain without the feeling I was being rushed. They were kind and supportive as well as being warm and friendly.

I rely on their opinions and guidance and as a primary carer and parent they made me feel reassured. During difficult times they are also on hand to provide guidance.

This service is excellent. I feel very fortunate that my daughter has been afforded this unique service.
