About: Community Services / North Lincolnshire Recovery Focussed team

(as the patient),

Having suffered with mental health for a number of years, I wasn't very optimistic about trying new things but am glad I did. I started to be open about learning and trying different options and found them really useful and intriguing. I actually found some of the grounding techniques to be useful and I still use them now. I found the sessions very informative and the way I was taught was excellent. The young lady was very professional and knowledgeable for one so young, and was made to feel at ease and never felt pushed or judged. I would recommend anyone in the situation I’m in to open up and talk and help will follow. I miss my sessions and do feel I benefited from them immensely. Many thanks once again.

Hi

Thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback, it is appreciated and I hope this may help others who may not be open to trying new approaches and reading your experience may help them consider something new.

Thank you

Charlotte
