"Good appointment but no results"

Went you dermatology department very pleasant experience.. informed the results of my dermtone photo would be sent to GP and possibly on my NHS portal..I've contacted GP no results ..and they have no way of contacting this department I find that incredibly...there is no phone number either...the only way is to leave this review ..its

Unprofessional and uncaring ..I'm not hopeful this will resolve the none commucation either!!

I simply do not know who to reach out to!
