Tried to call and gave option of call back, nothing for 3 hours, tried again. Maximum queue so couldn’t rejoin. No call back again. Terrible service

I would like to apologise for the difficulties you had with accessing the service via the telephone. We have introduced a single point of access and the aim is to improve the telephone service to our patients. I will hand over your feedback as part of the development of this service.
