I attended the pilgrim hospital for a colonoscopy, from start to the finish of my procedure I cannot thank the staff in this department enough . From the receptionist to nurses who talk me through the steps taken to the staff which carried out my procedure. All the staff showed empathy and professionalism which put me at ease from the word go, (special thanks to Clare ) thanking you all.
