After a broken wrist I developed complex regional pain syndrome and I was referred to hand therapy.
The occupational therapist was amazing. She respected the problems I was having and in a very gentle and understanding way gave me exercises to work on each visit. Each visit she was encouraging and helped me to progress until I was discharged.
