I have recently contacted the NHS Lanarkshire referral management service on a few occasions. My calls were answered promptly and I have found all the staff who responded to me to be extremely helpful and informative. I have to give a special mention to Vicky, who went above and beyond to try to get up-to-date information at a very difficult time for me personally . This will be a very busy service and their courtesy and understanding is much appreciated.
