"Above and beyond "

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the three person crew who attended my emergency on the 27/04/2025 around 17.00h. Words will never be enough to say what this crew did they went above and beyond what should be expected from them not only saving me but also in their caring way in which they looked after my wife their professionalism stood out and their empathy and understanding knew no bounds if there was an award to give I would definitely give it to them unfortunately not being allowed to name the is a real shame as I’m sure not all reviews praise real heroes in mine and my wife’s eyes many many thanks. You are a credit to NHS ambulance service ♥️

Thank you for posting your comments.

I am pleased to hear of the positive impact our ambulance staff had on you when you and your family when you recently experienced an emergency. I hope you are now doing well.

It is always a pleasure to receive comments of appreciation for our staff and we would like to ensure they receive this feedback personally. If you have not already done so, we would be grateful if you could contact our Patient Relations team on the details below to enable us to trace your call and identify the staff involved so we may pass on your compliment to them. We can also nominate them on your behalf for our annual STAR awards if this is something you would like to do.
