I had to do IFFS lite found it very educational and supportive. Workers were very pleasant and polite.

Thank you for your feedback this is so lovely to read, I am pleased that you have felt supported by your IFSS Lite key worker's and found the intervention to be beneficial to you and your family.
We appreciate this journey isn't always an easy one, its really to your credit that you've been able to identify your own coping strategies and techniques and implement them in to daily life to make things better for you and your children.
I would like to give you recognition for this and wish you every success for the future.
