"Great first appointment "

My son just recently had a lady from Shawbrook house asses him on his pre-ASD screening routine. After having a mix up with the Teams app she was generous enough to reschedule the appointment to later on in the day. I thought she was fantastic when speaking to my son and managed to engage with him exceptionally well.

Overall made what could have been quite a hard appointment much easier and quite the opposite.
