My disabled sister had an appointment recently at the RAH orthotics department.

We were called on time and Martin was very helpful and took care to ensure my sister was happy at all stages. He was attentive whilst remaining business like. We were very happy with this service

Thanks very much for taking the time to give us this positive feedback our service and specifically about Martin.

I'm very pleased that you have had such a positive experience as we work hard to maintain a high standard of care for all our patients. It gives us a great sense of satisfaction that your sister's visit to Orthotics went well and you were happy with the service we provided.

I will pass this on to Martin and the rest of the team as all staff strive to give our patients the best experience and its always great to hear when we are getting things right as it gives us a real morale boost.
