New Doctors have now joined this surgery so I am hopeful that past mistakes won’t be repeated - my last visit with the new doctor was a good one I was seen on time and spoken to with respect and not ignored, the. Doctor seemed interested and wasn’t invested in the computer screen the whole time which tells me that change is coming for the better.
