"Unfair on patients having to wait longer"

About: Downe Hospital / Day Procedure Unit

(as the patient),

I think it is unfair on patients having to wait longer on this procedure as they have been fasting from day before, and also on the staff having to explain this every day when the scopes haven't arrived from the Ulster, I understand there's changes in all hospitals but I think this is something that should be done on there own sites.

Correspondenceqk46,

I'm sorry to hear you are unhappy with your experience at the Downe Day Procedure Unit.

If you wish you can email me at jemma.gillespie@setrust.hscni, so I can investigate this further for you.

I hope you are keeping well.
