"It's been a really positive experience"

About: Staffordshire Treatment and Recovery Service - STARS / Young People (T3)

(as a parent/guardian),

Referred to the service for Dad's alcohol missuse.

He found the sessions helpful and learning about triggers and how to cope. He knows that he can't stop his Dad's drinking, however he does know he can take care of himself to keep himself safe.

Danielle helped him understand how alcohol affects the brain and the 6 C's. It's been a really positive experience.

Hello I am Liz the manager for T3 thank you for taking the time to send us some feedback which I will share with Dannii and the team.

I am glad you felt the support from Dannii was beneficial and you were able to learn coping mechanisms to use to keep yourself safe. It is lovely to hear you felt the experience of working with Dannii was positive and the use of the 6C's was helpful.

You need to feel proud that you engaged in the support and we wish you every happiness in the future.

Liz
