"Prompt and efficient attention"

Hello, I phoned asking for an appointment due to increasingly concerning discomfort, the person I spoke to was very helpful and arranged a GP appointment. She also offered for duty doctor contact but I did not think that was necessary at that time.

Later in the day I was experiencing much greater discomfort and had become very worried. I contacted again and the person I spoke to was helpful and arranged duty doctor call. The doctor spoke to me and after a useful discussion arranged a same day appointment. I was seen by a second doctor who did a thorough examination. She also arranged for me to have blood test taken by a nurse who fitted me in with no appointment. I was able to see the blood test results with comments by my registered doctor soon afterwards.

I am very appreciative of all the people who dealt with me that day and were so helpful in the consultations and attending to me at short notice. I was worried that something serious might be happening to me and the care and advice I received was very helpful. I just want everyone to know that I really appreciated the attention given to me from everyone including the people who initially took my calls.
