About: Staffordshire Treatment and Recovery Service - STARS / Intensive Family Support Service (IFSS)

(as a service user),

I feel the intervention went well, after feeling a little reluctant at the start and feeling like I didn’t want to complete the course I have now completed the sessions and actually enjoyed the work we have done. Sarah is a very friendly and helpful person and really made me feel at ease throughout.

Thank you for your feedback this is so lovely to read, I am pleased that you have felt supported by your IFSS key worker and found the intervention to be beneficial to you and your family.

Firstly well done in recognising you needed the support, your hard work and determination to make positive changes has resulted in you achieving your own goals. We appreciate this journey isn't always an easy one, its really to your credit that you've been able to identify your own coping strategies and techniques and implement them in to daily life to make things better for you and your children.

I would like to give you recognition for this and wish you every success for the future.
