I expect this GP practice to not follow through on their work. They have just transitioned to eConsult and promise patients to reply within 24 hours, and after submitting my first eConsult, I received an automatic reply stating that they would respond by 6.30pm the following day (32.5 hours!). I have to constantly follow up with them as they have dropped the ball on enough follow-ups that I don't trust that they will follow-up, and I've now had a GP respond to me in what seemed like annoyance saying "You have so many problems" - I expressed that I didn't appreciate his saying that, and that I would like to not be dealing with these health issues either, and the reason I'm calling up regularly to have appointments is to resolve the issues so that my quality of life can improve as I am not getting the standard of care the NHS aims to provide; I would have appreciated an apology but did not get one, and instead he acknowledged that he was saying that because he only gets 10 minutes per patient on the phone.
