Throughout my telephone/ face to face consultations, the Doctor dealing with my complaint was sympathetic,listened and made me feel confident that she was focused on improving my complaint.
After a few consultations and altering my medications I am pleased to say my complaint has improved. This is all thanks to the Doctors determination to help me.
