About: Ambrose Avenue Group Practice

I had a telephone appointment with the pharmacist today for my medication review. (Like so many things, it's something the GPs no longer do, but I guess that's fair enough as the conversation would have been much the same).

I did have to prompt the pharmacist to look at my recent blood test for thyroid levels and BP results, but aside from this I felt she was very understanding and was proactive in suggesting another blood test for calcium levels. She sent me a link to arrange the appointment for this, which did not work - but I reported this back to her and she proactively not only booked an appointment for me but has also escalated the issue with appointment link (I had reported it to the practice previously for my original blood test via the receptionist a month ago, but obviously nothing had been done about it)

So overall the experience wasn't perfect, but I do feel the pharmacist did her very best for me and I am happy with end result.
