"The care I received was exemplary"

About: Glasgow Royal Infirmary / Audiology Inverclyde Royal Hospital / Audiology

(as the patient),

I wanted to share how well I was cared for by the ENT consultant and audiologist at Inverclyde Hospital.

They were so thorough in doing tests and taking the time to explain my hearing loss.

They referred me to Glasgow Royal Infirmary, where I was seen by another audiologist and given hearing aids. The care I received was exemplary.

We’re so pleased to hear that both teams were thorough in their assessments and took the time to explain your hearing loss clearly. Helping patients feel informed and supported is a key part of the care we aim to provide, and it’s wonderful to know you felt so well looked after throughout your journey.

We’re also glad to hear that your referral to Glasgow Royal Infirmary went smoothly, and that your hearing aids were provided with the same high standard of care. Your feedback will be shared with the teams involved who I'm sure will be delighted to hear you had such a positive experience while under their care.
