About: Royal Jubilee Maternity services / Gynaecology and Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare

(as a service user),

I thought I had a UTI and new pain. Used the GUM clinic as I was fearful due to infection as I have the coil and a boyfriend. 

After meeting sexual health team , I got bloods, swabs and an antibiotic immediately upon diagnosis.

They were very lovely , open , honest and kind. 

I felt very reassured and given advice/leaflets and good communication for upcoming appointments. 

I was well looked after with advice and support , as I was able to ask any questions and further investigations. 

Brilliant care from Doctor and nurse in GUM clinic and HCA in health centre.
