"I was so much at ease during the procedure"

About: Royal Cornwall Hospital (Treliske) / Ophthalmology

(as a service user),

I attended the clinic recently. The whole team were very nice and quickly put me at ease.

I was so much at ease during the procedure that it was not at all scary and I felt no pain from beginning to the end.

I was kept very well informed from beginning to end and it was all very light hearted and not at all unpleasant.

Nice team of people.
