"I feel disrespected in their judgment"

I have been left feeling really let down by our Health Visitor who I feel was being judgmental over my working situation that meant I found it difficult to find a time to schedule my child's 27-30 month review. I work full time and my daughter is in nursery full time which they passed comment on being a shame for my daughter, I found this to be extremely unprofessional and unsupportive when they know nothing of our family and has only met my daughter once for a previous 10 minute review. 

When I then arranged with my work to take time off to have the review I received a phone call a week later from the health visitor cancelling the appointment with no reason and commenting that they knew I hadn't really wanted the review anyway. They said that someone else would be in touch to arrange a review when she was 4. 

I feel disrespected in their judgment of my life choices around work and they were completely inflexible in what I view to be a system that is restrictive in it's service if you work full time.
