"Truly amazing people"

About: Northwick Park Hospital

I recently had umbilical hernia surgery at Northwick Park Hospital, and I want to express my deepest gratitude to the incredible team on Kingsley Ward. After waiting two years for surgery at the Royal Free Hospital—only to be removed from the list without any explanation—Northwick Park stepped in and gave me the care I so desperately needed.

From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely cared for. The nurses, doctors, anaesthesiologist, cleaning staff, porters, and kitchen team all went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and supported. Every person I met was kind, compassionate, and dedicated. I was honestly overwhelmed by how well I was looked after.

It’s hard to put into words how much their care meant to me. These are people who show up every day with heart and humanity, and they made what could have been a frightening experience into something full of reassurance and dignity. I’ll never forget their warmth. Thank you, truly. You are my heroes!!
