"My younger sister's treatment"

About: Gartnavel General Hospital / General Surgery (ward 4a) Gartnavel General Hospital / Nuclear medicine (diagnostics)

(as a relative),

My sister, who has severe Cerebral Palsy, needed a temporary catheter for a kidney scan at Nuclear Medicine. The staff in Ward 4A were patient and caring all day, matching the excellent care provided by everyone at Nuclear Medicine. You all are a credit to the NHS; thank you.

Dear Mark-765

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your kind words on Care Opinion.

We’re truly grateful to hear that your sister received such compassionate and patient care from the teams in Ward 4A and Nuclear Medicine. It means a great deal to know that our staff were able to support her with dignity and professionalism throughout the day.

We’ll make sure your lovely feedback is passed on to both teams — they will be heartened to know their care made a positive difference. Your appreciation is a real encouragement to us all, and we’re proud to have been there for your sister when she needed us.

Wishing you and your sister all the very best, and thank you again for your thoughtful message.

Kind regards

Kevin
