"Referral to epilepsy clinic at The Ulster"

I would like to thank Dr Anandarjan in the paeds outpatients for his commitment towards my son’s care and for making a referral to the Epilisey clinic. I would also like to thank Dr Cassidy at the Epilisey clinic in the Ulster. After a long fight (starting in January 2024) to get my son’s seizures recognised, we attended the initial Epilisey clinic appt in September 2024. I felt very understood, relieved and reassured after this appointment. He was started on seizure medication and referrals were put in straight away for him to be seen by the right professionals. Moving forward I would like to thank her, dr young and the epilepsy nurse Beth for their ongoing commitment towards my son’s care. I would also like to thank the neurologist Dr Shah for taking the time to see us for recognising and finally diagnosing the type of seizures he has. Without these people I would be still in constant worry about my son. Thankyou
