(as a service user),

After suffering a life changing stroke at 36 the North Neuro Rehab Team has helped me to get through some off the worst days of my life .

For physical, mental and emotional rehabilitation I have required over the last year I have relied on them every week to help and and support not only me but also my family thought a drastically hard time in all our lives.

I am so sorry to hear of the difficulties you and your family have faced over the last year since your stroke. I am so grateful that you have taken the time to share your experience of the support provided by the North Neuro Rehab Team. It is very helpful to understand the difference this has made to your rehabilitation journey and recovery.
