About: Adult Health and Social Care Localities / Rehab Services Eastwood

(as a relative),

After my elderly mother had a fall (nothing broken or fractured but she was unable to place any weight on her right leg), she was in hospital for 3 weeks. She received only very minimal physio work when in hospital.

On discharge, she moved in with me (her son) and a care package was set up, including use of the Eastwood Community Rehabilitation Service.

My name is Lynne Siddiqui and I am the Community Rehabilitation Service Manager and Lead Allied Health Professional in East Renfrewshire Health and Social Care Partnership.

Thank you for taking the time to share your positive feedback regarding the excellent service your mother has received from the Eastwood Community Rehabilitation Team following her discharge to your home after her recent hospital admission. I am pleased to read that the support from the Community Rehabilitation Physiotherapist and the additional care your mother is receiving from the care at home service is helping in her recovery after her fall.

I am highly appreciative of your comments, noting the care, patience and kindness of the staff involved, and I will ensure this feedback is shared with the team.
