I was greeted by a very friendly nurse who put me a ease straight away. She checked all my details with me and explained what and why she was admistering the eye drops. Then taken to a room outside theatre by another friendly nurse who explained and instilled more drops then I was greeted by the surgeon who took me into theatre. He explained the procedure and all was over within 20 minutes. Met another nurse who explained what to do during the coming recovery weeks and asked if I had any questions. I cannot fault any of my journey with SpaMedica.
