"Didn't listen to a word I said."

About: Black Country Family Practice

Had an out of hours appointment that lasted less than 3 minutes. Doctor didn't listen to what I had to say and had already assumed my problem when I sat in the chair. I was trying to discuss an allergic reaction but got told I had dry skin and he spoke over me when I tried to show the photos that caused me to contact 111 to ask if I pay for prescriptions. I was asked 2 questions before he told me appointment was over, have a good day. I've never felt so disrespected or little at doctors before and cried whilst leaving. Wouldn't recommend anyone who has an issues they're genuinely concerned about to attend this clinic. Have had to contact 111 again for more help and pharmacist said what he prescribed wouldn't alleviate any of symptoms, just left me feeling degraded like he didn't even care and just wanted me out the door.
