Was advised I would be on a 4 month waiting list then got a call after 9 days offering me an appointment. Went in the day after and met James. He recognised instantly that I had other issues other than my elbow and spent time showing me exercises to support my condition. James spent time not only supporting me but ensuring I knew exactly who to contact if my condition worsened. Absolutely fantastic service and James spent time to acknowledge my issues and ensure I understood how to support my own wellbeing. James offered an excellent service and is an asset to the service.

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide us with feedback following your recent physiotherapy appointment. It is always helpful for us to receive feedback to address any changes we need to make within our department and service.

It is great to hear that you had such a positive experience with James and that you feel that things were well explained to you and that he spent time making sure that you had a good understanding of your symptoms and the exercises to help support this.

It is always good to leave an appointment feeling well informed and I'm glad that James contributed to this so positively for you. I work within the same department as James and I will make sure that your kind words are passed onto him.
