"A true diamond."

After being readmitted into hospital with our twins not even 24 hours after we had been discharged we were met with someone who just went above and beyond! 

My experience whilst having my twins wasn't the greatest and I couldn't wait to get home. But to end up back in was soul destroying especially since I needed to leave my toddler yet again. 

However, due to how busy it was we were placed in the maternity unit which was luxury compared to the room we had on the ward. This was a blessing as we met Zoe, who we later realised looked after our first baby 17 months prior. 

Zoe was an absolute diamond from the moment we met her. She went above and beyond and made sure we had everything. Every 2 hours like clock work Zoe popped in to make sure we were okay and that our twinnies were fine as they were on a strict feeding plan as we were in for extreme weight loss. After our experience up on the ward, I was dreading staying again, but Zoe listened to my worries and tears and supported both my partner and myself. 

It's not very often you find someone as passionate and caring these days, she truly is an absolute diamond! NHS fife maternity services are very lucky to have her. We are very thankful for her support for all of our babies, she made our experiences so much more pleasant.
