"Went out of their way to put me at ease"

About: Mid-Ulster Hospital / Endoscopy Suite

(as a service user),

Following my Saturday endoscopy test at Mid Ulster Hospital Magherafelt, I wanted to commend the professionalism of the nursing staff involved, particularly the nurse endoscopist Andrew, whose patient and thoughtful manner, addressing my multiple questions and explaining the findings throughout the procedure was a great reassurance.  The nurses involved in my admission - Danielle, Ursula, Charlie and Nurse Surgenor, and the lead theatre nurse -  were very friendly and went out of their way to put me at ease.  IV cannula and sedation worked very well.  Thank you.
