"Extremely long waiting time!!"

About: Manor Hospital

I came to Manor Hospital Urgent Treatment Service to see a doctor referred by 111 in 11/04/2025. I came here at about 7:40Pm, finally she is seen at about 12:46. After waiting for long 5 hours my daughter became very weak, vomit about 5 times in the hospital waiting room, her tummy hurts. How can this be an urgent treatment!!! And at least 5 other child have been seen before my daughter who just came 1-2 hours ago while we have been waiting for 5 hours. Absolute disaster. So much disappointment about waiting time.
