About: New Stobhill Hospital / Gynaecology Clinic

(as a service user),

I was attending for a rather unpleasant procedure. However the staff at this clinic made me feel calm and as comfortable as possible. 

I was seen as soon as I arrived at this clinic.  Dr Jamieson, Specialist Nurse Audrey and Nurse Assistant (sorry, forgotten name) were all very professional while at the same time being extremely pleasant and helpful. They fully explained all procedures and gave me time to be ready for each stage/test. Nurse Assistant sat with me the whole time and chatted and kept me calm.  My dignity and privacy were preserved throughout. 

The staff mentioned above and all the staff at this Stobhill clinic do a marvellous job.  Thank you.

Dear Allotment Lady,

Thank you very much for offering feedback on our fantastic team in Clinic F.

Dr Jamieson, Audrey and our team members will be delighted to hear you were made to feel as calm and comfortable as possible.

I am glad the team fully explained all procedures and gave you time to be ready for each stage/test. Having our Health Care Support Worker sit with you the whole time and chat to keep you calm is the experience we want our patients to have. It is also reassuring that you felt your dignity and privacy were preserved throughout.

I will be sure to share this with the team.
