"Really good team"

I recently took my husband for a blood test. He has complex needs and they were brilliant with him and supportive to me. From receptionist to HCA. Really professional and caring when I was having a difficult day. I just rang around my prescription and the receptionist was so lovely. He sent me an e consult after liaising with clinicians. Took the extra time out to deal with me, which I truly appreciated. I think the surgery has a great team right now. I can see a positive improvement all around.
