Having driven him into A & E, because there was no ambulance for 5 hours, we were seen immediately and then triaged very soon after that. It was an issue of breathlessness and all the necessary tests were carried out. We had explanations and were kept up to date with what was happening during the 6 hours we were there. The staff - porters, nurses, doctors and all the others - were excellent and reassuring.
"Very good care"
