I have found the service provided by the Dame Carol centre to be of exceptional quality. all of the staff are kind, caring and considerate of all of the various care needs brought in for the staff to help their residents with.
All of the care provided has been of excellent quality and the staff are always on hand to help and support you not only through the good times but the bad as well.
I have never felt let down or ignored by the service and would strongly recommend in the highest degree that anyone offered a placement here takes the golden opportunity with both hands and embraces the experience.
My addition started though Covid as i worked in the health care profession and the staff have helped me to recognise my deeper issues and have put me on the right path to resolving them.
