"Dis-appointment"

About: Hungerford Medical Centre

I've never had a problem with the care and advice from medical staff at the surgery. It's always been good. The admin side is terrible. I'm guessing the surgery don't review these reviews. Looking at them there is a theme. Appointments or difficulty in getting one. The Website says it is designed with customers in mind. So why when completing this review does it say that default would be anonymous but asks 'yes' or 'no'. Yes or no to what? To be anonymous or not? I'm reasonably tech savvy but it is a nightmare. Firstly it states in the yellow appointment block that you should 'click here' but there is no link. It also states that all appointments are triaged but where is the form? The 'Appointments' block also infers that the click here link would be active when appointments are available so why not put the click here at the end of the Medical Request form if you need that first ? The search doesn't find triage' but what appears to be the triage form seems to be called 'Medical Request'. If it's triage why not call it triage? On pages where a date of birth is required then please be consistent with the format. One asks for month by name, another wants month as a number. There has got to be a simpler way to make an appointment.
