My Daughter & I attended Baby Massage group for the last 5 weeks in Kilrea Health Centre. This was run by the Health visitors Clare & Rhonda in the Northern Trust. We found these sessions excellent & really informative as they included tips on weaning, safe sleep, play/ development with your baby and many other topics. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed the baby massage and we were then able to use this at home.

This was a really nice group to attend and very positive for mental health of mummies, lovely to get out and chat to others.

Thank you both again!

Dear Nat133

My name is Elizabeth Whyte and I am a Lead nurse in Public health nursing.

Thank you for getting in touch to share your experience of attending the baby massage group facilitated by Clare and Rhonda.

It is wonderful to read that these sessions were enjoyable for you and your daughter, informative and a great space for meeting other parents for a chat. It is so lovely to read your comment that the group supports positive mental health and that you have followed on with baby massage at home.

I will ensure your welcomed comments are shared with Clare, Rhonda and the health visiting team, they will be delighted to receive.

Thank you again and best wishes,

Elizabeth
