I would like to record my thanks to the whole of the Papworth GP Surgery team for their care and support following my recent discharge from Royal Papworth Hospital after open heart surgery. Particular thanks go to the GPs and nurses for their speedy identification and response to an infected surgical wound and the continuing treatment and care provided through multiple appointments during the following 8 weeks.

At a time when the NHS and GP practices are under such exceptional pressure and demand we are fortunate to have such a professional and committed team at Papworth.
