"Everyone involved was so professional"

About: Victoria Hospital / Day Intervention Unit

(as the patient),

From start to finish my ERPC procedure  at Kirkcaldy  hospital  was very good and everyone involved was so professional. They put me at ease and this made my recovery all the better.

The only grumble is the hassle my wife said was the parking spaces. They were all full and we had to walk to a street nearby to get our car. Not the best after a minor operation, but could be worse if it had been a major operation.

Dear brianbhx25,

My name is Katie Black, I am the Senior charge Nurse in the day Intervention Unit. Thank you for taking the time to feedback to us about your experience during your time with us in the unit. I am glad that your experience was positive and the staff managed to put you at ease. I am very sorry, but unable to help with the parking situation!

I will share your feedback with the staff, hope you are now well at home, thanks again, Katie
