"Blood test "

I went to hospital early this morning at 7am to prepare my blood test but it was wasted trip cos now for blood tests you have to make an appointment online,Why didn’t the GP counter tell me before yesterday ,The problem is that I had a gout attack last night,and I had difficulty walking when I arrived hospital,the test was not allowed & I had to go back at noon,moreover i fasted after 20pm last night,fortunately a nurse in hospital helped me register account online and make an appointment for 1.40pm, during this time I didn’t dare to take medicine or eat anything about my foot pain,it was really it hurt me a lot
