Process well explained by staff at all stages. Everyone reassures you and puts you at ease. The admin staff were excellent nothing was too much trouble. My consultant was very clear and precise about the procedure and helped me understand to a certain degree but I did find I wasn’t too sure of what the differing outcomesI would be when I chose a multi focal lens for my second procedure and now I’m not sure it was a better choice since my vision at middle and long distance is blurred and I may need to wear glasses which is what I wanted to avoid. I feel that another review of the treatment should be arranged maybe 3 weeks from the second cataract operation to answer any issues that you may have found once the lenses have settled.
