"Incredibly kind, professional and reassuring"

My teenage daughter recently had a diagnostic laparoscopy at Stracathro by Dr Marconi. Everything ran like clockwork and was so well organised.

This was her first time under general anaesthetic so she was understandably anxious, however every single member of staff we met were absolutely wonderful -  from the receptionist, the nurses, theatre staff and doctors (and everyone else).

Everyone was incredibly kind, professional and reassuring to both my daughter and me, who had a few emotional moments throughout the day. The nurses even found me a phone charger when my battery was dying!

Thank you all for making what could have been a very difficult day such a positive experience, you are all amazing!

I also want to mention Heather, the Medical Secretary from Aberdeen Fertility Centre, who was fantastic in the run up with the organising of the appointment, she was so good at getting back to me and made everything so easy! Thank you all!
