Was to be referred from vascular surgery to Lymphoedema Service in February. Referral typed out but never sent. Very frustrating as this is the 3rd time this has happened in 2 years! Only got an appt cause I wrote a letter to them myself.

I sincerely apologise for the repeated delays in processing your referral to the Lymphoedema Service. It is completely understandable that this situation has been frustrating, especially as it has occurred multiple times over the past two years. It is disappointing to hear that you should not have had to pursue this on your own. This will be raised with the Vascular Service.
